In support of the Making Connections Providence Inclusionary Zoning Initiative, ProvPlan used building permits and other data to determine the number of new residential units built in the city from January 1, 2002 to June 30, 2005. Affordability was determined through name of applicant as well as project details provided by the Department of Planning & Development.
